• You will receive tracking information once it becomes available.
• Please allow a few days for the tracking number to become active, so you can accurately track your package.
• Please allow 7 – 14 business days for domestic orders
  Please allow 10 – 21 business days for international orders
• Unless item is a pre order at which time frame will be given prior to sell of pre order item
• All international packages are subject to Customs, Duties, and Search. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any additional fees encountered during the shipping process.

  • Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip.
